I had a pool put in and they, via normal pool construction, destroyed my yard. Putting in a pool basically makes your yard a dirt pit. We talked with the pool builder and they recommended Ultimate Turf Solutions. We met with the owner and he came by, and heard out our use case, and talked us through the different grass offerings he had. We have a dog and that was an important part of the decision making process as we were worried about cleanup and smell. Ultimately we picked a pet friendly, and pet waste friendly, turf. The owner measured out a rough estimate and gave us a quote. After the pool was set up and good to go, he came by and did a final run through of what we wanted. Timing was great because we were working on the sprinklers right then and he worked with the sprinkler team to make sure he knew where the wires and lines were so that they'd still work and not be bothered during installation. They came out and it took them about 1 week start to finish. The hauled away old dirt and rock, brought in some new stuff, tamped it all down. Recommended I put in a drain for the gutters, which we did and it works awesome. Put in some metal barrier near the fence lines, put in a weed barrier, some more fill, tamped it all down and then put in the turf. Look, I know what I thought it might look like, but this looks SO NICE! And honestly, they did a lot of little things that I just thought were over the top nice. They had to take my wall mounted hose roller down that was attached to the brick, and when they put it up they used new bolts and it was more secure than before. They fixed the fence panels the pool builder damaged. The grass level was brought UP to the level of the side of the pool so there's no step down which I didn't know I wanted but now that its there I absolutely love it. They recommended I put in gutters for longevity. It was honestly just some of these little things that I really appreciated. The grass is absolutely beautiful. They helped me save a tree in my yard and made it look great in the turf as well. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.
